The headquarters of the company are located in the industrial park of Neochorouda, Thessaloniki, but its products are traded throughout Greece and abroad.
Its enormous range of products satisfy even the most demanding palates and in combination with the experience and expertise of its highly trained staff, success is assured.
Our history
The company was founded in 1987 in Thessaloniki by Telemachos Tsakirakis, who owned a small bougatsa workshop.
Over the next two years, this small workshop produced, besides different types of bougatsa and various types of croquettes, which impressed the market as a new and emerging product.
Over the years and the ever-changing need of the market, in 2004, the small workshop was replaced by a large and state-of-the-art production unit for croquettes and related items, which is our home to date.
In a 5,000-square-meter space every day we process more than 4000 kg of raw materials and produce for you products of excellent quality that travel from well-known supermarket chains to your neighborhood tavern.
We continue to evolve constantly with the motivation of our customers' love and appreciation, with our sole goal of proving that ... croquettes are our passion and we do well!
