Our involvement with gastronomy begins back, in the distant 1987. After 17 years of "maturing" and acquiring the required experience, in 2004, in Western Thessaloniki, the industry of Mr. Croquette, starts its tradition, in the frozen food sector.
Nowadays
Going through its 4th decade, the Tsakirakis Brothers GP – “Mr. Croquette”, moving to the next level and with the experience of almost half a century in the field of taste, enjoys the title of "croquette masters". Sharing, now, its activity, within and beyond borders.

Η εταιρία Mr. Croquette τηρεί διεθνής προδιαγραφές και δίνει ιδιαίτερη σημασία στην εξασφάλιση της υψηλής ποιότητας των προϊόντων που παράγει και εμπορεύεται. Η εταιρία μας επιθυμώντας να εξασφαλίσει την ποιότητα και την υγιεινή των προϊόντων της ακολουθεί αυστηρούς κανόνες υγιεινής και συνεχείς ελέγχους. Για να εξασφαλίσουμε την άριστη ποιότητα των προϊόντων μας έχουμε εγκαταστήσει ένα σύστημα διαχείρισης ασφαλείας τροφίμων το οποίο είναι σε συμμόρφωση με το HACCP και το πρότυπο ΕΛΟΤ EN ISO 22000:2005. Αυτό σημαίνει ότι τα προϊόντα Mr. Croquette ελέγχονται διεξοδικά καθ’όλη την παραγωγική διαδικασία μέχρι την στιγμή που θα φτάσουν στο πιάτο σας. We are able to know the storage and transport conditions of the products until they reach our company and start the production process from our specialized personnel. To be able to ensure top quality we have been looking for and we have found the best suppliers in Greece. Good cooperation and the common line we have with our suppliers for quality products have allowed us to provide the best prices.

Our company, wishing to ensure the quality and hygiene of its products, follows strict hygiene rules and continuous controls.
