Our company
We are a Greek family business that, since 1987, has focused on a very specific goal: taking the flavors we love and transforming them into products that earn a place on every menu. With nearly four decades of experience and absolute expertise in croquettes, we offer Greek flavors on an industrial scale, characterized by professional organization and a modern production mindset.
We are not "a little bit of everything." We are Mr. Croquette. Our daily operations, know-how, and evolution are dedicated to one field: croquettes & finger food. This is where we test, improve, and create, ensuring every product has character, a clear taste identity, and a reason to be on the plate.
To support market growth and demands, we constantly invest in mechanical equipment and facilities. At the same time, we choose more responsible operational solutions: we have installed a 110 kW photovoltaic system on our roof, reducing our energy footprint.
We also have our own R&D department, where new ideas and products are born. We monitor catering trends, listen to our partners, and convert market needs into modern proposals — from classic Greek flavors to "street" options for sharing and finger food.
Our flavors travel: we are developing an export presence in selected international markets, carrying Greek character and Mediterranean "DNA" beyond borders.
